Die heute geleakten Dokumente zeigen im Annex zu Electronic commerce
– positiv: Die Schweizer Verhandlungsdelegation hat einen guten Vorschlag eingereicht
– negativ: Der Vorschlag hat keine Chance angenommen zu werden.
Der Schweizer Vorschlag lautet:
CH propose: This Annex is without prejudice to the policy objectives and legislation of the Parties in areas such as the protection of intellectual property, the protection of privacy and of the confidentiality of personal and commercial data, the protection of consumers and the protection and promotion of the diversity of cultural expressions (including through public funding and assistance).
Dieser Annex zu Electronic commerce dürfte nach dem Schweizer Vorschlag die Gesetzgebung im Bereich des geistigen Eigentums, des Schutzes der Privatsphäre, des Datenschutzes und des Konsumentenschutzes sowie der Förderung der kulturellen Vielfalt nicht einschränken. Dumm nur, die Liste der Gegner dieses vernünftigen Vorschlages ist lang:

Insbesondere sind also die EU und die USA dagegen, aber auch Kanada, Australien, Japan, Neuseeland, Norwegen usw.usf.

Selon la proposition suisse, le droit des pays de légiférer dans le domaine de la protection de la propriété intellectuelle, de la protection de la spère personnelle, la protection des dénnées, des consommateurs et de la diversité culturelle serait garantie. Mais malheureusement, la liste des opposants est longue:

A souligner que les plus puissants dans la négociations sont opposés: les Etats-Unis, l’Union européenne, le Japon, le Canada, l’Australie etc.
